Will I be assigned a new call sign every time i pass a license exam?

You will be assigned a new call only if you ask for one.  If you're already licensed and would like a new call for you license upgrade, you have to check the bodx next to "change my station call sign systematically" on the NC605 application form, then intital underneath.
