The best place is to check on the FCC Web site. Follow this link: http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSearch/searchLicense.jsp
In the "License Search" select "By Name" from the drop down, then entor your last name in the box provided. If you have a common last name, then a comma, then a space, and your first name. Once you have done that, click on the search button.
